METALOCERAMIC CRANKS AND BRIDGES
In the metal ceramic crowns and bridges on the metal substructure, a layer of ceramics is applied which fully covers the metal, so that the metal is not visible in the mouth. In this way, the durability of the metal is ensured, while at the same time an excellent aesthetic effect is achieved thanks to the ceramic on the surface. Apart from high durability and excellent aesthetics, these benefits are financially favorable, and are also the most common choice of patients.
BREAKDOWN AND BRIDGES
The non-metallic ceramic crown represents the most modern, best quality and most beautiful toothbrush. These crowns are made entirely of ceramics. Some of the advantages of non-metallic ceramic crowns in relation to standard metalloceramic crowns are: a more natural appearance of the teeth, perfect fit with the remaining teeth of the patient, transparency, ideal light breaking, high hardness and longevity, as well as a far less invasive removal of the tooth crown. Zirconium is a perfectly biocompatible material, so the adverse reactions of the lung tissue tissue are reduced to a minimum.
The prostheses are divided into total and partial. Total dentures are made in the case of total edema, while in cases of incidence, there is more tooth in one jaw, and for certain reasons, it is not possible to compensate for the fixed prosthetic work or implantation for certain reasons. The solution is partial dentures.
A partial acrylic denture is tied to other teeth with wire hooks, which is why it is rarely used today. Its only advantage is that it is economically more accessible compared to thermosens and bredent (so-called "silicone") prostheses.
"Silicone" prostheses are made of materials that, at the mouth of the oral cavity, become somewhat flexible, so the adaptation of patients to wearing the prosthesis is easier. These dentures are made of biocompatible materials, and their manufacture is also recommended for people who are hypersensitive to acrylic or metal because they do not contain these compounds. This eliminates the risk of allergic reactions. In addition, these prostheses also distinguish good aesthetics, since the thermosens dentures are in general made in color that fits with the color of the gums, while in the bredent prosthesis the hooks and connectors are colored tooth.
All dentures are made in a very short time, from 5 to 10 days, depending on the type of prosthesis.
CERAMIC WINES (FASETE)
Ceramic vineyards or facets are a trend that is becoming more and more present day by day. It is a method that maximally saves dental substance with minimal grinding only of the front surfaces of the tooth. Very often during grinding it is not necessary to receive anesthesia, because for most patients the intervention is completely painless. Ceramic viniri can be applied in extremely yellow, tetracycline-colored teeth, which do not respond to bleaching. Vinirima can also change the position and shape of the teeth, as well as to reduce the distance between the teeth (diastema).
Ceramic viniri are a great alternative to non-metallic crowns. They are most often placed on the front teeth, where their appearance and aesthetic value are most evident. They are not advised to use their teeth, which are largely under seal, as well as in cases of major irregularities in the position of the teeth. In these cases, non-metallic ceramic crowns are proposed.
